WHATS INCLUDED

• 4 x general entrance tickets
• Food Trucks will be located in the food court
• Electricity will be provided - £35 per pitch
• Generators not permitted
• Water is available from a tap located on site
• Allocation of pitches will be on first come first served basis
• All traders must provide evidence of Public Liability Insurance and Food Hygiene Certification
• Payment is required in advance via online booking below. Refunds will only occur if the event is cancelled.

REVENUE SHARE

The organisers will invoice you after the event for 10% of your event revenue.

LOCATION

Food trucks will be located in the food court next to the track, spectator area and car displays.  

SET UP

All food outlets must set up on Saturday 29th May between 9am and 6pm. 

PAYMENT

To secure your pitch, please complete the booking below and pay online. The payment includes four general entrance tickets. 

NEXT STEPS

Once you have completed the booking form you will receive an email confirmation with a PDF attached. You will then be sent an info pack via email closer to the time of the event which will include your downloadable vehicle pass.
