McLaren Owners Club Parking Area

We are delighted to invite members of the McLaren Owners Club to join us in the main show area at the event. Club organisers are more than welcome to display club branded banners/flags/marquees. The season opener for many clubs so a fantastic opportunity to catch up with fellow members after the winter break.

General Information

• Admission from 7.30am Sunday (beat the crowds as the gates open to the general public at 9.30am)
• Your car will be parked and displayed in the designated McLaren Owners Club display area
• The cost for this is £45.00 per car including 2 occupants
• Includes 2 x passes to the Bremont Drivers Lounge
• Access to Hypercar Zone, Supercar Paddock, start line viewing platform, all Supercar Club displays, Sports & Performance Show, exhibitor stands, Iconic Auctioneers display, Petrolheadonism Zone, food trucks, bars & all social areas
• View the runway action from 10am to 5pm each day
• Parking stewards will direct you to your parking spot
• Cars will be parked 2m apart
• Car passes will be sent via email about 3 weeks before the event (printable PDF)
• Car pass must be displayed on the front windscreen at all times
• Live acoustic music in the main bar area all afternoon

Bremont Drivers Lounge & Garden 

We are delighted to offer McLaren Owners Club members and their guests access to the Exclusive Drivers Lounge and Garden. This is an area for you and your guest to relax and mingle with other supercar owners. Breakfast, lunch, barista coffee and a bar will be available throughout the day. Please note, all food and drink in the Drivers Lounge must be purchased and is NOT included. Lanyards and passes will be available to collect on the day from the Drivers Lounge entrance and must be worn at all times.

VIP Hospitality (optional - £279 per person)

Our popular VIP Hospitality Enclosure will return to the Runway in 2024. A new location will see the VIP garden area overlooking the main supercar paddock ensuring guests are as close to the action as possible. Once again our VIP Enclosure will offer a unique space for both public and corporate clients, giving you the opportunity to indulge and entertain in our relaxed club lounge. Enjoy indoor and outdoor spaces and soak up the unique atmosphere which Supercar Fest has to offer. Enjoy an exquisite all day menu and all inclusive bar. Expect some luxury art and jewellery displays, screens to watch the live Runway action and some special guests throughout the weekend.

Souvenir Programme

Simply 'buy your programme ticket' and you can collect your programme when you arrive on the day. Just give your name and email address to the programme sellers located in the Supercar Fest marquee and collect with ease and save £1.00.

The Venue

Sywell Aerodrome, Northamptonshire, NN6 0BN.

Situated four miles from Wellingborough and ten miles from the centre of Northampton. The Aerodrome is easily accessed by road being less than one mile from the A43 with fast access to the A45, M1 and A14.
