A STATEMENT FROM THE ORGANISERS

6th July 2020

Today we have had to make the difficult decision to postpone Supercar Fest the Hill which was scheduled for 30th August. We have been in long discussions with Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb and we were unable to find a way of delivering the event and, at the same time, respect social distancing which we, now, all believe will still be in place for the remainder of this year.

The venue owners and all of our suppliers/contractors have been very supportive and have moved all commitments, pre-payments and terms forward and we have now agreed the new date for Supercar Fest the Hill of Bank Holiday Sunday the 29th August 2021.

All tickets purchased will now be valid for the newly rearranged date so please be patient with us - there is much to reorganise and we are simply not in a position to make refunds. We thank you for your support which has already seen us through the May postponement. We are a father and son business and we take great pride in our personal approach to our events. We have now had to survive two postponements and with your support we promise to deliver two even better events next year.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused entirely due to the current situation that has stopped the events industry in its tracks. A situation that we could never have anticipated.

Please stay safe - that is the most important thing right now and we look forward to seeing everybody next year.
