Supercar Fest events are for brands within the automotive and lifestyle sectors. Our aim is to have a complete cross section of offerings for our audience to see, try, buy, eat and drink. The packages that we offer are highly cost effective as our success is your success!

TRADE STANDS

What's included?

  • By application only

  • Fee: by negotiation

  • Includes four admission tickets

  • Half page programme advert £99.00 (optional)

  • Pitch size by request

  • Trade stands will be situated in the main static car display area

  • No electricity is supplied - please bring your own generator if required

  • Tents are NOT included

  • Allocation of pitches will be made by the organiser

  • All traders must provide evidence of Public Liability Insurance and Electrical Safety Certification if using a generator

  • Setup day for both events: Friday (9am - 6pm)

What's included?

  • £149 per pitch + 10% revenue share (per event)

  • Includes four admission tickets

  • Food Trucks will be located in the food court

  • Electricity will be provided - £35 per pitch

  • Generators not permitted

  • Water is available from a tap located on site

  • Allocation of pitches will be on first come first served basis

  • All traders must provide evidence of Public Liability Insurance and Food Hygiene Certification

  • Payment is required in advance via online booking

  • Setup day for both events: Saturday (9am - 6pm)
