Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to tickets purchased for, and admission to, events organised by Supercar Fest Ltd. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. About Us
Supercar Fest events are organised by Supercar Fest Ltd ("Supercar Fest", "we", "us" or "our").
If you have any questions regarding your tickets or these Terms & Conditions, please contact hello@supercarfest.co.uk
2. Tickets
Tickets are sold through our website and ticketing system and are valid only for the event, date and ticket category stated on the ticket.
It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking before completing your purchase and to provide a valid email address.
Electronic tickets will normally be sent to the email address supplied when booking.
If you do not receive your ticket, please contact us before the event so that we can assist you.
You must be able to present a valid ticket or QR code when requested. We reserve the right to refuse admission where a ticket cannot be verified, has been cancelled, has been duplicated or has previously been used for admission.
3. Ticket Prices
The price shown at the time you complete your purchase is the price you will pay.
Ticket prices may change at any time before purchase, and promotional prices, Early Bird offers and other discounts may be available for limited periods or quantities.
A reduction in ticket price or the introduction of a later promotional offer does not entitle customers who have already purchased tickets to a refund of the difference.
Any compulsory fees or charges applicable to a ticket purchase will be shown as part of the booking process before payment is completed.
4. Refunds
Tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased if you change your mind, are unable to attend or no longer wish to attend the event.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If Supercar Fest cancels an event and the event is not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the applicable ticket price in accordance with their legal rights.
Any refund will normally be made to the original method of payment.
Supercar Fest is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred in connection with attending an event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
5. Ticket Transfers and Resale
Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain or offered for sale through unauthorised ticket resale platforms.
We reserve the right to cancel tickets which we reasonably believe have been purchased for unauthorised resale, fraudulently obtained or otherwise used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You may give your ticket to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend, provided the ticket has not already been used and is not a ticket or pass specifically issued to a named individual or vehicle.
Any person using a transferred ticket is bound by these Terms & Conditions.
6. Event Cancellation, Postponement and Venue Changes
Occasionally circumstances outside our reasonable control may require us to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate or make significant changes to an event.
These circumstances may include severe weather, safety concerns, venue unavailability, government action, public health restrictions, emergency situations, industrial action or other circumstances which make holding the event as planned impossible, unsafe or impractical.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will normally remain valid for the replacement date.
If an event is relocated, tickets will normally remain valid for the replacement venue.
Where a cancellation, postponement or relocation gives you a right to a refund under applicable consumer law, those rights will not be affected by these Terms & Conditions.
We will communicate significant event changes through our website, email, social media or other appropriate channels wherever reasonably possible.
7. Event Programme and Advertised Content
Supercar Fest events include a wide variety of vehicles, displays, demonstrations, exhibitors, drivers, guests, attractions and entertainment.
All advertised content is subject to change.
The appearance or participation of any particular vehicle, driver, celebrity, guest, manufacturer, exhibitor, demonstration, display or attraction cannot be guaranteed.
Vehicles may suffer mechanical problems, participants may withdraw and demonstrations or activities may be changed, delayed or cancelled for operational, technical, safety, weather or other reasons.
Reasonable changes to the event programme or the non-appearance of a particular advertised participant, vehicle or attraction will not normally entitle ticket holders to a refund.
8. Weather
Supercar Fest events are predominantly outdoor events and will normally proceed in varying weather conditions where it is safe and practical to do so.
Weather conditions may result in changes to the timetable, demonstrations, vehicle activity, displays or other elements of the event.
Such changes do not normally entitle ticket holders to a refund unless the event itself is cancelled or you otherwise have a right to a refund under applicable law.
Visitors should check the weather forecast and dress appropriately for the conditions.
9. Admission
Admission is permitted only with a valid ticket, pass or other appropriate accreditation.
Supercar Fest and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the event where there are reasonable grounds to do so.
This may include, but is not limited to:
-
threatening, abusive, dangerous or antisocial behaviour
-
excessive intoxication
-
failure to follow reasonable instructions from event staff, security personnel, marshals or venue representatives
-
entering restricted or prohibited areas
-
interfering with vehicles, demonstrations, equipment or event operations
-
possession of prohibited or dangerous items
-
behaviour which puts the individual or others at risk
-
attempting to gain unauthorised access to the event or restricted areas
-
serious or repeated breaches of these Terms & Conditions
-
Where a visitor is refused admission or removed because of their own conduct, no refund will normally be provided.
10. Children
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and appropriately supervised by a responsible adult.
Supercar Fest events involve moving vehicles and live automotive activity. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children in their care remain appropriately supervised and comply with event safety instructions.
Certain activities or areas may have additional age, height or other safety restrictions.
11. Vehicle-Specific Tickets and Parking
Certain Supercar Fest ticket categories provide access to designated display or parking areas and may have vehicle eligibility requirements.
These may include products such as:
-
Supercar Show
-
Sports & Performance Parking
-
Car Club displays
-
other designated vehicle display or parking areas
Vehicle eligibility criteria may vary between events and ticket categories and will be stated on the relevant booking or information page.
Purchasing a vehicle-specific ticket does not override the applicable eligibility requirements.
We reserve the right to redirect a vehicle to an alternative parking area if it does not meet the advertised eligibility criteria, presents a safety concern or is otherwise unsuitable for the area booked.
Where applicable, additional admission charges may be payable if the occupants do not hold the required admission tickets.
Vehicles must be driven responsibly and in accordance with instructions from event staff and marshals at all times.
12. Motorsport and Vehicle Activity
Supercar Fest events feature moving vehicles, performance cars and live automotive demonstrations.
Visitors must remain within designated public areas, observe barriers and signage and comply with instructions given by marshals, security personnel, event staff and venue representatives.
Visitors must not enter tracks, runways, hill climb courses, paddocks or other restricted areas unless specifically authorised.
Motorsport and automotive activities involve inherent risks. Supercar Fest takes reasonable precautions to manage event safety, but visitors are expected to behave responsibly and follow all safety instructions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Participant and Demonstration Activities
A standard spectator or admission ticket does not provide permission to participate in any driving, demonstration or track activity.
Drivers, vehicle owners and other participants taking part in live demonstrations or other activities may be required to agree to separate participant regulations, safety requirements, declarations, waivers or event-specific conditions.
Those separate requirements are additional to these Terms & Conditions.
14. Personal Property and Vehicles
Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Vehicles, equipment and other property are brought onto the event site at the owner's risk.
Supercar Fest will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings or vehicles.
Visitors should ensure vehicles are appropriately secured and should not leave valuable items unattended.
15. Photography and Filming
Photography and filming take place throughout Supercar Fest events.
By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs, video or other media captured as part of general event coverage.
Such material may be used by Supercar Fest for legitimate editorial, promotional, marketing and archival purposes, including websites, social media, advertising and promotion of future events.
Further information about how we handle personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.
If you have a particular concern regarding an identifiable image of you used by Supercar Fest, please contact us.
Professional or commercial photography, filming, broadcasting or media activity may require prior accreditation or written permission from Supercar Fest.
16. Drones
The unauthorised use of drones or other unmanned aircraft at Supercar Fest events is strictly prohibited.
Only operators specifically authorised by Supercar Fest and the relevant venue may operate drones at an event.
17. Dogs and Animals
Dogs and other animals are not permitted at Supercar Fest events unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular event.
This restriction does not apply to assistance dogs.
18. Prohibited Items
Supercar Fest and the venue may prohibit items which could present a safety, security or operational risk.
Visitors must comply with any reasonable searches or security procedures operated as a condition of entry.
Any specific prohibited-item requirements for an event may be communicated on the event website, ticket information or at the venue.
19. Event Facilities
Event facilities, catering, entertainment, displays and other services may be provided by independent third parties.
Opening times, availability and individual offerings may change during an event.
We cannot guarantee the availability of any particular food outlet, trader, exhibitor, product or service throughout the entire event.
20. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits Supercar Fest's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above and to applicable consumer law, Supercar Fest will not be responsible for losses which were not reasonably foreseeable when the ticket was purchased or for losses which are not directly associated with our provision of the event.
If you are attending an event for business purposes, we will not be responsible for loss of profits, business, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity or other indirect business losses, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
21. Circumstances Outside Our Control
Supercar Fest will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where this results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where such circumstances affect an event, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate significant changes to ticket holders where practicable.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may have if an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed.
22. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with ticket purchases and attendance at Supercar Fest events will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The Terms & Conditions applying to your ticket purchase will generally be those in force at the time you made your booking, except where a change is required by law or is necessary for safety or operational reasons and does not unfairly reduce your existing rights.
The latest version will be published on our website.
24. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will retain any rights you have under the mandatory laws applicable to you and may be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
