ONLINE TICKET SALES
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these ‘Online Ticket Sales' and 'Terms & Conditions’ as noted herein form the basis of any contract between Supercar Fest and you.
Prices are inclusive and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
Supercar Fest does not refund tickets under any circumstances.
Once purchased, on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold. Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person. Please bring along your ticket on the day of the event. We reserve the right not to admit entry for any attendee who fails to bring their ticket to the gate and who’s purchase cannot be verified. We also reserve the right to refuse entry where the electronic verification (QR Code) shows that the ticket has been duplicated and previously used for admittance. Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.
Tickets are emailed to you at the email address provided by you and you will receive your electronic ticket normally within a few minutes of purchase. At a time and date determined by Supercar Fest, online tickets will no longer be available and tickets will only be available on the gate. For tickets purchased at the gate, only cash purchases will be accepted (ie no credit cards or debit cards). Should you have any concerns or if you do not receive your ticket(s) please contact email@example.com or call the organisers using the contact details on the website.
