YOU ARE INVITED

We would like to invite a selection of automotive media to our Supercar Fest events to help capture some amazing content and spread the word...

MEDIA ACCESS

Apply for Supercar Fest media access at our 2027 events...

Supercar Fest welcomes applications from automotive photographers, videographers, journalists and content creators wishing to attend our 2027 events.

We receive a very high number of media applications each year and operate with a core official media team, with only a limited number of additional places available.

All applications are reviewed individually and neither Official Media Access nor Creator Guest Access is guaranteed. Due to the volume of applications we receive, some applications will be unsuccessful and those wishing to attend the event will need to purchase a general admission ticket.

Successful applicants may be offered one of two levels of complimentary access:

1. OFFICIAL MEDIA ACCESS

Official Media Access is strictly limited and is primarily reserved for our core media team, along with a small number of selected applicants whose work and style closely align with the Supercar Fest brand.

Official Media Access includes:

  • Complimentary event entry

  • Official Supercar Fest media accreditation

  • Media bib

  • Trackside and other designated media access

  • Early event access

  • Access to capture content from areas not available to the general public

Valid Public Liability Insurance is mandatory for anyone receiving Official Media Access. You will be required to provide evidence of your insurance, sign the relevant event disclaimer and attend the compulsory media briefing before a media bib is issued.

Media bib numbers are strictly limited and Official Media Access is not guaranteed, even if you have previously attended Supercar Fest as media.

2. CREATOR GUEST ACCESS

We also offer a limited number of complimentary Creator Guest Passes for selected photographers, videographers and content creators who we would like to welcome to the event but who are not part of the Official Supercar Fest Media Team.

Creator Guest Access includes:

  • Complimentary event entry

  • Early event access

  • The opportunity to create content for your own channels

  • Free public parking

Creator Guest Pass holders do not receive a media bib and do not have trackside, start line, restricted-area or access-all-areas privileges. Photography and filming must take place from areas accessible to general admission visitors.

Sharing your content with Supercar Fest after the event is welcomed but not compulsory. Where content is supplied to us and subsequently used, we will credit/tag the creator where appropriate.

APPLY FOR 2027

If you would like to be considered for Official Media Access or a Creator Guest Pass at either of our 2027 Supercar Fest events, please complete the application form below.

Please note that applications are not reviewed and confirmed immediately. Due to the volume of applications we receive, successful applicants will be contacted approximately six weeks before each event with confirmation of whether they have been offered Official Media Access or a Creator Guest Pass.

We kindly ask that you do not contact us for an update on your application before this time, as we will not be able to confirm your access any earlier.

Neither level of complimentary access is guaranteed and some applications will be unsuccessful. If you are not offered Official Media Access or a Creator Guest Pass and still wish to attend, you will need to purchase a general admission ticket.

We therefore recommend saving the date in your diary for the event you have applied for, but please do not make plans on the assumption that complimentary access will be granted.

All applicants must be aged 18 or over. Previous accreditation or attendance at Supercar Fest does not guarantee acceptance for 2027.

DRONE USE

DRONES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Only officially appointed and pre-approved Supercar Fest drone operators are permitted to fly at our events.

Please complete the Media Access application form below.

2027 MEDIA APPLICATION FORM

MEDIA ACCREDITATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By applying for media access to a Supercar Fest event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Applications & Approval

All media applications are subject to approval by Supercar Fest Ltd and are considered on an individual basis.

Submitting an application does not guarantee accreditation, complimentary entry or a Creator Guest Pass.

Successful applicants may be offered either Official Media Access or Creator Guest Access, at the sole discretion of Supercar Fest Ltd. Some applications may be declined entirely.

Previous accreditation, attendance or approval at a Supercar Fest event does not guarantee access to any future event.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or over.

2. Confirmation of Access

Applications may be submitted well in advance of the event; however, accreditation decisions are not made immediately.

Successful applicants will normally be contacted approximately six weeks before the relevant event. Applicants are asked not to contact Supercar Fest for updates before this time.

Applicants should save the relevant event date in their diary but must not assume that an application constitutes confirmation of complimentary entry or media accreditation.

If an application is unsuccessful and the applicant wishes to attend the event, a valid general admission ticket must be purchased, subject to availability.

3. Official Media Access

Official Media Access is strictly limited and may include a media pass, media bib and access to designated media areas including trackside or start line areas where applicable.

Official Media applicants requiring access to restricted motorsport areas must hold valid motorsport Public Liability Insurance and may be required to provide evidence of this before or upon arrival.

Official Media must complete any required event sign-in and disclaimer procedures and attend the compulsory media briefing where instructed.

A media bib will only be issued once all required procedures have been completed. Anyone who fails to attend a compulsory briefing may be refused restricted-area access.

Media bibs remain the property of Supercar Fest Ltd and must be returned as instructed at the end of the event.

4. Creator Guest Access

Creator Guest Access provides complimentary entry to the event but does not constitute Official Media Accreditation.

Creator Guest Pass holders will not receive a media bib and are not permitted access to trackside, start line, restricted or other designated media-only areas.

Photography and filming must take place from areas normally accessible to general admission visitors unless otherwise authorised by Supercar Fest Ltd.

5. Access & Conduct

All media and Creator Guest passes are issued to the named applicant only and are strictly non-transferable.

Applicants must follow all instructions given by Supercar Fest Ltd, venue staff, officials, marshals and security personnel at all times.

Access to any area of the event may be restricted or withdrawn at any time for operational, safety or security reasons.

Anyone entering a restricted area without the appropriate accreditation or media bib may have their accreditation withdrawn and may be removed from the event.

Supercar Fest Ltd reserves the right to revoke media or Creator Guest access where an individual fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, event regulations or instructions from event officials.

6. Photography, Video & Content

Accredited media are encouraged to share a selection of their event photography or content with Supercar Fest following the event.

Where content is voluntarily supplied to Supercar Fest, the creator grants Supercar Fest Ltd permission to use that supplied content for its own editorial, social media, website and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Copyright remains with the original creator. Where reasonably practicable, Supercar Fest will credit or tag the creator when content is used.

Creators are encouraged to tag @supercarfest when publishing event content on social media.

7. Drones

The use of drones is strictly prohibited at all Supercar Fest events unless the operator has been specifically appointed and authorised in advance by Supercar Fest Ltd and the relevant venue.

Holding media accreditation, a media bib or a Creator Guest Pass does not provide permission to operate a drone.

Anyone found operating a drone without authorisation may have their accreditation withdrawn and may be removed from the event.

8. Safety & Responsibility

All applicants attend and work at the event at their own risk and are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings.

Media access does not remove the applicant's responsibility to act safely and follow all venue, motorsport and event safety requirements.

Supercar Fest Ltd may amend access arrangements, media locations or accreditation requirements where necessary for safety, operational or event management reasons.

9. Cancellation or Withdrawal of Accreditation

Supercar Fest Ltd reserves the right to refuse, cancel or withdraw media accreditation or Creator Guest Access at its discretion where reasonably necessary for safety, security, capacity, operational reasons, breach of these Terms & Conditions or failure to follow event instructions.

Complimentary media or Creator Guest access has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold.

10. Acceptance

By submitting a media application, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have read, understood and agree to these Media Accreditation Terms & Conditions.

If your application is successful, you also agree to comply with any additional event-specific instructions provided to you before or during the event.

Supercar Fest Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
