Below you'll find answers to the questions we get asked the most about Supercar Fest events...

What is Supercar Fest?

It’s a Car Event and a Party all in one. It’s hands on with full access to all the participants and features supercars with their owners at full speed on the two selected courses. Trade stands, music and food trucks.

How much are tickets?

The Runway - Advance Ticket ONLY

  • No tickes available on the gate
  • Under 16's are free (no ticket required but must enter with an adult ticket holder)
The Hill

Is there parking available?

Yes there will be plenty of FREE parking available within a short walk of the venue. Parking attendants will guide you in upon arrival.

Will food and drinks be available?

Supercar Fest will have a Food Court with a variety of outlets and vendors catering for all tastes. In addition the venues’ restaurants will be open to all.

Are children welcome?

Supercar Fest is an extremely family friendly event and we encourage you to bring along your whole family. Children under 16 get in FREE. Children do not rquire a ticket but must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

Can we bring a picnic?

You are very welcome to bring a picnic. There are a number of grass areas available. Don’t forget to tidy up afterwards!

What will be on show?

Supercars, Sports Cars, Classic cars, Motorsport Demonstrations, Sports Car Show, parades, live music, trade stands, food and drink and sponsor activations.

What should I wear?

There is no dress code for Supercar Fest. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy your day.

Can I stay overnight?

Apart from hotels and B&B’s close by, we also offer both camping and motorhome and caravan parking from the day before to the day after the event with live music and a party in the evenings. Please note: camping is SOLD out for the Runway event in May 2021.

Where do I view the action?

There are a huge amount of viewing areas around both venues. Follow the signs or ask one of our marshals.

Will there be live music?

Live music is an integral part of the event with special consideration given to the evening parties after the track action stops and the partying begins. It’s all free and included in your entrance tickets.

Are dogs allowed?

Shelsley Walsh: Dogs are only allowed in the main car park or in the camping areas but must remain in the vehicle or close by on a lead. They will not be able to accompany you in the public viewing areas or the paddock during the hours 8am to 6pm. Sywell Aerodrome: Dogs are only allowed in the main car park but must remain in the vehicle or close by on a lead. Dogs on a licensed airfield are prohibited by the CAA licence therefore they will not be able to accompany you in the public viewing areas or the paddock at any time.

Are caravans allowed?

Caravans, Motorhomes and Tents are all welcome and positively encouraged. Make a weekend of it - Saturday midday to Bank Holiday Monday inclusive. Enjoy the live music and a drink or two at no additional cost.

Can we get close to the cars?

This is where Superar Fest scores. We have no fenced off areas (other than the track) and you can mix with the owners and sit in their cars. They are all friendly and happy to show their cars.

Are passenger rides available?

In 2019 over 100 passenger rides were offered by willing owners - enthusiastically taken up by many of our younger spectators. All you have to do is ask. A chance to experience your favourite Ferrari, Lamborghini or other supercar - one of the highlights of Supercar Fest! Subject to guidelines at the time of the event. Update: Passenger rides at the Runway event will only be available to members of the Drivers bubble.

Are tickets available on the day?

Do the events have disabled access?

There are allocated parking areas at both events for blue badge holders and access in and around the main paddocks is straightforward together with disabled toilets. However please note some of the areas are on grass and gravel with some steep slopes.

What are the opening times?

Gates open at 9.30am and remain open until 10pm.

When can campers arrive?

The camp sies will open from 1pm the day before (Saturday) and all campers must vacate the campsites by midday on the Monday.

Do children need a ticket?

Under 16s get in FREE. They do not need a physical ticket but you will be asked how many children you are bringing when purchasing your ticket. If your child looks a bit older then please bring a copy or photograph of their ID.
