Yes there will be plenty of FREE parking available within a short walk of the venues. Parking attendants will guide you in upon arrival.There is blue badge (disabled) parking available at all three venues. Please follow the signs and have your pass displayed clearly on the dashboard.

Absolutely! Food and drink is an important part of the Supercar Fest experience and we take pride in offering a great selection at both of our events.We hand-select our food traders and work with a fantastic mix of independent and local vendors, offering everything from breakfast and street food to sweet treats, snacks and great coffee, with plenty of choice to suit different tastes.We also work closely with our traders to keep prices as competitive and family-friendly as possible, while still offering great quality food throughout the weekend.A selection of bars will be open serving alcoholic and soft drinks, alongside the venues' own restaurants and bars, which will also be available to visitors.

Absolutely! Supercar Fest is a family-friendly event and children of all ages are very welcome. We love seeing the next generation of supercar and motorsport fans enjoying the events and encourage you to bring the whole family along.Both the Runway and the Hill Climb offer plenty for younger visitors to see and experience, with incredible cars and live action throughout the day, the opportunity to get up close to the cars in the displays and paddock areas, plus a great selection of food and drink.We also keep our Under 16 ticket prices as affordable as possible to make Supercar Fest a great day out for the whole family.Under 16 ticket prices:• the Runway: £12.50• the Hill Climb: £10.00All Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

You are very welcome to bring a picnic. There are a number of grass areas available. Don’t forget to tidy up afterwards!

Depending on the event, you can expect everything from supercars and hypercars to race cars, rally cars, drift cars, superbikes and other spectacular machinery taking part.Away from the action, explore our Sports & Performance Car Show, manufacturer and dealer displays, car clubs, trade and exhibitor stands, sponsor activations and plenty more. Selected events also feature our live car and automobilia auction, VIP Hospitality, parades, special guests and live entertainment.With full access to the main show areas and paddocks included with your admission, Supercar Fest is all about getting you closer to the cars, the action and the people behind them.And, of course, there’ll be a fantastic selection of food and drink available throughout the day.

There is no dress code for Supercar Fest. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy your day. For the VIP area we do not allow flip flops or football shirts.

We do not offer on-site camping at either Supercar Fest event and there are no public camping facilities available through Supercar Fest.There are a number of independent campsites close to both Sywell Aerodrome and Shelsley Walsh. These can get very busy over our event weekends, so we strongly recommend booking well in advance.the Runway: Sywell Aerodrome has its own hotel, The Aviator. However, during Supercar Fest the Runway, rooms are reserved for guests of Supercar Fest, our sponsors and event organisers and are therefore not available for general booking over the event weekend.There are plenty of other hotels and accommodation options within the surrounding areas of both venues. Availability can become limited as the events get closer, so if you're planning to stay overnight, we recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible.

the RUNWAY The start line is where you'll find all the action and we have a 3 tier viewing platform for the best views in the house! There will also be a big screen showing all the action. the Hill Climb Shelsley Walsh sits on a hillside, giving you amazing views of the track all the way to the top and letting you get close to the action. You can also watch from the excellent viewing area at the start line, and all ticket holders enjoy access to the main grandstands.

the RunwayYes! On both Saturday and Sunday afternoons, enjoy live acoustic music in the main beer tent, right next to our food and drink area. It's the perfect place to grab some lunch or a drink, take a seat and enjoy the music between all the supercar action.Guests in our VIP Hospitality area can also enjoy a live DJ throughout the day, adding to the atmosphere of the VIP experience.the Hill ClimbThe live action may finish at 5pm on Saturday, but the day isn't over! Join us for our Saturday evening after-party from 5pm to 8pm, with live music, food and the bar staying open as we continue the party at Shelsley Walsh.The after-party is included with your Saturday event ticket, so stick around, grab a drink and enjoy the evening with us!Please note, the after-party takes place on Saturday only.

One of the things that makes Supercar Fest special is just how close you can get to the cars.Unlike many automotive events, we have very few fenced-off areas and visitors have full access to the main paddocks and display areas, giving you the opportunity to see some truly incredible cars up close throughout the day.You'll often find owners and drivers with their cars, and many are more than happy to chat, answer questions and show you around. You may even get the opportunity to sit inside some of the cars - with the owner's permission, of course!Certain areas, including parts of our Hypercar Zone at the Runway, may have additional barriers or restrictions to protect particularly rare and valuable vehicles.Supercar Fest is all about bringing you closer to the cars, drivers and owners, rather than watching everything from behind a fence.

the RunwayPassenger rides are provided by our charity partner, Sporting Bears, giving visitors the opportunity to experience an incredible selection of cars while raising money for our designated children's charity.To take part, simply head to the yellow Sporting Bears marquee when you arrive at the event. There, you'll be able to register and make a donation to charity. Once you've completed the necessary indemnities, you'll receive a passenger wristband and be allocated a time slot for your Dream Ride.Passenger rides are available to adults and children aged 6 and over. Rides cannot be pre-booked and are always extremely popular, so we strongly recommend visiting the Sporting Bears marquee as early as possible to avoid disappointment.Over the years, together we have raised more than £75,000 for children's charities through Dream Rides, making it a fantastic opportunity to experience something special while supporting a great cause.the Hill ClimbSporting Bears do not attend the Hill Climb, so passenger rides work differently. Some of our demonstration drivers may be willing to take passengers up the famous Shelsley Walsh hill during the day, although this is entirely at the individual driver's discretion.If you're interested, speak directly with the drivers in the paddock. If a driver agrees, they will need to sign you in as a passenger at the paddock office, where you'll be required to complete a disclaimer and pay a £10 passenger fee.Helmets are mandatory for all Hill Climb passenger rides. We recommend bringing your own helmet where possible, although a limited number may be available to hire from the venue, subject to availability.

Both Supercar Fest events have designated parking areas for Blue Badge holders, along with accessible toilet facilities.Access to the main event and paddock areas is generally straightforward for wheelchair users and visitors with limited mobility. However, please be aware that both venues include areas of grass, uneven ground and outdoor terrain, which may be more difficult to navigate, particularly in poor weather.At the Hill Climb, Shelsley Walsh is a historic motorsport venue set on a hillside, so some areas of the site are naturally more challenging for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility to access.

Yes. We offer visitors who require full-time support to attend Supercar Fest the opportunity to apply for a complimentary Essential Companion ticket for one companion, such as a partner, family member, friend or personal assistant (PA).To apply, please contact us and we will provide you with a link to our Essential Companion application form.Applications for our 2027 events open on 1 October 2026, giving visitors plenty of time to make arrangements ahead of the events.Applications close on Friday 23 April 2027. This allows our team sufficient time to review and process all applications ahead of the events. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept applications after the closing date.Please note that Essential Companion tickets must be applied for in advance and are subject to approval.

NO. The use of drones by visitors is STRICTLY PROHIBITED at all Supercar Fest events.Visitors must not bring, launch or operate a drone anywhere at or around the event venue. This applies to all recreational and privately operated drones, regardless of size or intended use.You may see drones operating during the event. These are official Supercar Fest media drones, operated by specifically authorised and approved professionals working directly with the event and venue.Please do not bring a drone with you. Unauthorised drone use will be taken extremely seriously and may result in you being required to leave the event.There are no exceptions for personal filming, photography or social media content.
