ALL registrations must be pre approved by Mark Webb (Event Director) and will be checked. Anyone who has not been approved will be removed and your passes will be cancelled and NOT scan in on the gate. This is a PRIVATE registration page and NOT to be shared.

You can only select 1 pass per day so if you wish to attend both days you will need to complete the form twice.

Entry

• Free entry for you only
• You will need to use the main entrance and have your ticket scanned
• Please head to the paddock office to sign in and get your media bib
• You will be required to show a copy of your PLI
• Your media bib gets you trackside and start line access
• Media bibs need to be returned to the paddock office each day. Failure to do this will result in you being taken off the list. 

We are being VERY strict this year and anyone seen in or around the start line without a media bib will be kicked out immediately.

Arrival & Parking

• Event access from 7.30am (opens at 9.30am to the public)
• Please arrive EARLY!
• Free parking in the public car park

Photographs

• Please share a selection of event photos with Supercar Fest after the event
• Supercar Fest reserves the right to use these photos for any future use
• You will be tagged in any photos used by Supercar Fest on social media
• Remember to tag @supercarfest when posting any content and we will share what we like

STRICTLY NO DRONES

Anyone found with a drone on site will be removed from the event immediately and reported to the police as this is an active airfield.
