VIP Hospitality 2024

Our popular VIP Hospitality Enclosure will return to the Runway in 2024. A new location will see the VIP garden area overlooking the main supercar paddock ensuring guests are as close to the action as possible.

Once again our VIP Enclosure will offer a unique space for both public and corporate clients, giving you the opportunity to indulge and entertain in our relaxed club lounge. Enjoy indoor and outdoor spaces and soak up the unique atmosphere which Supercar Fest has to offer.

Enjoy an exquisite all day menu and all inclusive bar. Expect some luxury art and jewellery displays, screens to watch the live Runway action and some special guests throughout the weekend.

General Information

• VIP packs will be sent in the post about 30 days before the event. This will include your passes and VIP parking pass. Please read all the information provided such as which gate and entrance to use to ensure a smooth arrival.
• Arrival from 7.30am Sat or Sun (beat the crowds as the gates open to the general public at 9.30am)
• Access to VIP Enclosure, Drivers Lounge, Live Auction, Supercar Paddock, Hypercar Zone, start line viewing platform, all static displays & exhibitor stands
• View the runway action from 10am to 5pm each day 
• Live Auction on Saturday hosted by Iconic Auctioneers
• On arrival follow signs to VIP Parking (please ensure your parking pass is clearly visible)
• All VIP pass holders will have access to the Drivers Lounge
• Event programmes will be available in the VIP Enclosure free of charge
• Copy of VAT invoice available upon request

Security & Marshals

• Security will be on site 24hrs a day
• Marshals will be on hand to direct proceedings

The Venue

Sywell Aerodrome, Northamptonshire, NN6 0BN.

Situated four miles from Wellingborough and ten miles from the centre of Northampton. The Aerodrome is easily accessed by road being less than one mile from the A43 with fast access to the A45, M1 and A14.
